The new Willis Towers Watson Track My Pension app offers a convenient solution for staying informed about your pension arrangements. If you are a participant of a defined contribution pension plan managed by Willis Towers Watson and your employer is enrolled in the program, you can now conveniently monitor your pension using your mobile device. The app functions as an information tool, providing essential details about your pension funds without the capability for transactions. Users can securely access the app using Touch ID, Face ID, or a 6-digit pin.

• View Investment Overview: Access details of your account's current balance, categorized by fund types.
• Add multiple accounts: Link other WTW-managed accounts for comprehensive monitoring.
• View Investment Decisions: Review personal fund choices and strategy options.
• View Unit Price History: Check fund performance over specific periods and current balance in selected funds.
• View Transactions: See a summary of account transactions.
• View Projected Benefits: Some schemes offer an estimate of future pension benefits upon retirement.

The Track My Pension app is compatible with iOS 12+ and can be set up easily by following three simple steps:

1. Register: Access the Willis Towers Watson ePA Pension website to set up your account. Navigate to 'Settings,' select 'Mobile App,' agree to the Terms & Conditions, and tap 'Generate Passcode' to receive login credentials. If you encounter any issues accessing your ePA pension account, reach out to the Service Desk via the provided email address on the website.
2. Install: Download the Track My Pension mobile app to your device.
3. Login and access: Enter the username and passcode obtained during registration on the ePA pension website to log in. For future logins, save your credentials using Touch ID, Face ID, or a 6-digit pin.
